Collection Prints has a 5-7 business day lead time on all orders. Occasional delays associated with the COVID pandemic, order volume, or adverse weather conditions may cause slight delays. We do our best to fulfill all orders in a timely manner and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate this situation.
The prints are produced using wide-format inkjet printers on a premium, 100% archival matte paper that is heavy with a smooth finish. Known as giclee, this printing process is far superior to other forms of printing such as digital printing. The paper is designed to create maximum color accuracy and eliminate glare caused by natural light.
All digital prints will be emailed to you within minutes of your purchase to download, print, and enjoy! Digital downloads are to be used for personal use and are not to be resold or distributed.

We offer hand-crafted wood frames in black, white, natural, and espresso tones.
All framed prints include:
- Frame-grade, UV-blocking acrylic.
- Acid-free, archival mats (on applicable orders).
- Dust Cover attached to the back of the frame.
- Hanging wire for easy installation.
Shipping prices on framed products vary and will be provided at checkout.
The pricing for framed prints includes both the frame and the print and comes assembled. We also offer frames as standalone products.

Because all prints are made to order, multiple packages may be required for shipping. Tracking numbers for all packages will be provided.
Though rare, damage during shipping does occur. If you receive a damaged package, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of order receipt. A picture of the damaged product will be requested.
For shipping to Canada, recipients are responsible for payment of duties and taxes.

We work hard to ensure the images displayed on the website depict the art accurately. Due to variations in screen brightness and resolutions, printed art coloring may differ slightly from what is shown on a computer or device.
