Three Ways to Order
Collection Prints offers artwork in three formats to suit different needs: Digital Downloads, Paper Prints, and Canvas Prints.
Digital Download
Digital downloads are best for customers who prefer to print on their own or display artwork digitally. If you’re looking for a finished, ready-to-hang piece, we recommend our paper or canvas prints.
Which File Should I Use to Print My Artwork?
When you purchase a digital download you will receive a zip file with the images saved in 2:3, 4:5, and 3:4 ratios and when applicable, a 16:9 ratio and a Frame TV file. The aspect ratio refers to the height and width ratio of an image. Using the correct aspect ratio when printing digital art will allow you to print the art without cropping or resizing.
Use the guide below to decide which file you should use for the print size of your choosing:
2:3 : 4x6, 5x7, 12x18, 20x30, 24x36
3:4 : 18x24, 30x40
4:5 : 8x10, 11x14, 16x20
16:9 : To be used when printing artwork long and narrow.
Frame TV: To be used with the Samsung Frame TV.
Where Can I Print My Artwork?
Your digital download can be printed in a number of ways for varying price points! A few options are: Walgreens, Costco, FedEx, Kinkos, Staples, local printers, Frame it Easy, Nations Photo Lab, and Frame bridge.
Please note: printing quality, materials, and final appearance will depend on the printer you choose.
Paper Prints
Our prints are produced using wide-format inkjet printers. Known as giclee, this printing process is far superior to other forms of printing such as digital printing. The prints arrive on a medium-weight paper with a matte finish that is designed to create maximum color accuracy and eliminate glare caused by natural light.
Framed Paper Prints
Framed paper prints arrive fully assembled and ready to hang. We offer hand-crafted wood frames in white, black, natural, espresso, and gold tones. All framed prints include:
Frame-grade, UV-blocking acrylic.
Acid-free, archival mats (on applicable orders)
Dust cover attached to the back of the frame.
Hanging wire for easy-installation.
When choosing framed paper art, the "Choose Size (W/H)" represents both the image size and frame size when a mat is not selected. When a mat is added, the image size is reduced to accommodate the mat
while the frame size stays the same. For example, a 40 x 30 size with a mat will have a frame size of 40 x 30 and an image size of 34 x 24. To see the image size for each corresponding frame size, click the 'Framing' tab on any product page.
Canvas Prints
Our prints are produced using wide-format inkjet printers. Known as giclee, this printing process is far superior to other forms of printing such as digital printing. The prints arrive on a high-quality, heavyweight (400 GSM) canvas designed to perform under any lighting condition.
Types of Canvas
Rolled Canvas (No Frame) - Our rolled canvas art is printed on a high-quality, heavyweight (400 GSM) canvas designed to perform under any lighting condition. Designed for long-term display, your canvas is made to be enjoyed for years to come. Rolled canvas will require either framing or stretching once delivered.
Stretched Canvas - The canvas is professionally stretched over a 1.5”, high quality, kiln-dried poplar wood stretcher bar. With its mirrored edges, the stretched canvas is the perfect frameless look that comes ready to hang.
Mounted Canvas – Similar to our framed paper prints, the mounted canvas is attached to a 1/8” medium density fiberboard (MDF) substrate and secured in our sleek, modern frames available in four unique finishes (white, black, natural, espresso, and gold). The mounted canvas features a glassless front for the perfect, glare-free, matte look.
Float Frame Canvas - Our stretched canvas is inserted into a sleek float frame with a 1/8” reveal between the canvas edge and the frame. This premium product is sure to make a statement in any room. The float frame features a glassless front for the perfect, glare-free, matte look.

Lead Time & Shipping
Collection Prints has a 3-4 business day lead time and free shipping on all orders (even our 60" x 40" art!). Each piece is produced specifically for your order, which allows us to maintain consistent quality across every size and finish. Occasional delays associated with the out of stock products, order volume, or adverse weather conditions may cause slight delays.
Though rare, damage during shipping does occur. If you receive a damaged package, please contact hello@collectionprints.com within 15 days of order receipt. A picture of the damaged product and packaging will be required.
Returns
Because each piece is made to order just for you, all sales are final. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and our team is always happy to help with sizing, framing, or material questions before you place your order.
If your artwork arrives damaged or if there’s an error with your order, please email us at hello@collectionprints.com within 15 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.
We do our best to represent each piece as accurately as possible. Please note that colors and finishes may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and display resolution, as well as the natural characteristics of printed materials and frames.
