Refund policy

Every Collection Prints piece is made to order just for you, so we're not able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for preference or sizing. We want you to love your art, though, so we make it easy to check before you commit.

Try before you buy: order a 5x7 unframed paper print or an 8x10 rolled canvas to see the colors and texture in your own space. The cost of your sample is credited back on a later order of $100 or more. Email us before you order and we'll send an invoice with the credit applied, or place your order and we'll issue the credit afterward.

If something goes wrong, we'll make it right: if your art arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item or a production error, email hello@collectionprints.com within 15 days of delivery. Include a photo of the artwork and the box if you can, and we'll send a free replacement. In most cases you don't need to send the damaged piece back.
